lampedusa moongroove was founded in 2014 by Hasan and Martin as a musical project inside the political movement "Lampedusa in Hamburg" and developed step by step to the collective band we are today. After Raschid joined us as drummer, Jeano jumped in after a gig on Yalda Fest 2015 and Tim on a gig at Balduintreppe in 2018. Our music is including the inspiration of the music of our socialisations - Reggea, Dub, Independant Music, Punk, African Roots Music, Jazz and more...
